How do I choose my puppy and when does the process start?

Our waitlist has priority for puppy selection, based on the order of deposits received. Here's how it works: 1. When a litter is born, we notify the waitlist. 2. We narrow down the waitlist based on when the puppies are ready to go home (at 8 weeks old) and if you're interested in that litter. 3. At 3 weeks old, we notify you to start choosing your puppy. 4. You can choose from the available puppies or skip the litter and stay on the waitlist for the next one (you won't lose your spot). 5. Any remaining puppies are then available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the deposit amount?

The deposit amount is $500, which reserves a current or future puppy for you.

Can I get a refund on my deposit?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are generally non-refundable as they reserve a puppy for you. However, in certain situations, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if both the buyer and seller agree.
